konomi777 I brush my teeth when I wake up and before I go to bed. A natural product you can use is baking soda. It's gross, but it works. Just put some in a little sandwich bag, then wet your toothbrush and dip it in the baking soda. Use it before you brush your teeth...

konomi777 I do, I have a lot of hair and it is curly. Conditioner helps it stay soft. Plus I like to straighten it a lot so I also use leave in conditioner on my ends because of all the heat I use.
