kresek i think it's ok to smoke everywhere, as long you keep the smoke for yourself you can use a big polybag to collect your smoke (you must blow your smoke into that polybag).. :D

Which one better, have a short name or long name?

I have a short name and all my kids i give long names. I write my name much faster then when i write my kids' name. So i regret why i should give them long names. Actually which one is better, having a short name or long name?
