Do you chat on cellphone while you are at work?

Are you allowed to chat on your cellphone while you are at work? At my department, our supervisor strongly emphasizes that no one gonna chat on phone while working. You can do so during the break time or so.

kristibrown615 i have two jobs at the inn i work in the office so i can pick it up every now and then but not be on it for more then 5 or 10 mins but when i work at old navy i cant even have the cell phone on the sales floor with me....i dont know what line of work you are...
