We all remember our childhood days and our favorite toys and friends. What was your favorite candy? (hehe, this may date a few of us!)

letmehelpu When my daughter was 4 (and old enough to know better) we were in a store once and she blurted out in her loud voice, "Mommy, that lady has a really big BUTT--," she only got the first part of the word started and noticed my glare and quickly changed it to...

letmehelpu Can't you get a happy medium? I would choose fashion first, but hopefully choose comfort along with it. I'm sure there's something just as fashionable out there that's comfortable too. The silly thing is that fashion changes every two minutes, so you might as...

I know they don't think so but I sure do. We had a hard time last year and same thing this year. It's her senior year and we want it to be special but also decent and comfortable. I don't believe the kids should show everything...

letmehelpu I agree that there are some pretty revealing prom dresses available, but then, so it goes with trendy clothes in general. My daughter's not to that age yet, only 9th grade, but we've always agreed on a standard of dress for her that is not too revealing, no...

letmehelpu Anytime I feel there is a need to....I have a 15 yr old daughter who is pretty up front with me about what's going on in her life, but for example, I look over her shoulder now and then when she's online, just to see what she's up to. It's not just trusting...

Have you ever done it? I was wondering if you have to dry out the pit and I would like to know the best way to root the pit to produce the best plant. Thanks!

letmehelpu I'm really disappointed that you've got no responses to this question. I, too, have wanted to know the best way to grow an avocado plant from seed. I tried it once long ago and was unsuccessful, I don't know what I did wrong. I'll have to do some more research...

I am having trouble getting the gophers out of my yard. Yesterday, I saw two new digs and my neighbor had 1 big mound, so they called the golpher man, who treated all of the holes. How long will it take to get the golphers out of...

letmehelpu When you say the gopher man treated the holes, I assume you mean that he put some poison bait in them. It should work fairly quickly, but more can always move in later. You can buy the poison bait yourself and do it. I lived in a house with a lot of gophers in...
