lolo58 Whoever claimed there was not a thing as hate? It's a very strong emotion but is the opposite of love. How does one measure love if there is nothing to measure it against. Hate is lited in the Bible as is love. Unfortunately, the things we are to hate, too...

lolo58 Unless your diet is very nutritionally sound, you're going to have to tweak it. Yes, water helps, sleep helps, doctors help - BUT it's all in what and how much and how often we eat...Don't forget the exercise, it's essential, at least some.
