lolo58 All outmeal posts are great - especially the balance part. My hubby has been doing oatmeal for breakfast for a straight 7 yrs. - he gets the old fashioned oats (better glycemic rate) adds a sm. scoop of protein a little sweetner and he's good for a few hours....

lolo58 Whoever claimed there was not a thing as hate? It's a very strong emotion but is the opposite of love. How does one measure love if there is nothing to measure it against. Hate is lited in the Bible as is love. Unfortunately, the things we are to hate, too...
