I'm so tired I can't sleep

Have you ever been so over tired that you can't fall asleep. That I show I feel right now. I did not sleep well last night and tonight I'm exhausted but I've been lying here in bed for 2 hours and I still can't fall asleep.

mayrylflores yes, I also feel the same way sometimes.. S tired from review and i still don't have time for a goodnight sleep.. A glass of milk will help a lot..an hour before going to bed.

mayrylflores Yes that is right. Health is wealth. Being healthy is the best thing we can do so we can continue our works and activities everyday. I ate fruits and drink a lot of water everyday. I also love gardening and planting fruits around our house.

mayrylflores I never heard about it.. Its a metabolic problem. You tend to eat more without gaining any pound either. I suggest you must consult any specialist for that.

mayrylflores I do lots of walking when Im angry..hehehe. Well probably its because we tend to avoid any arguments when we explode with those emotions. Its just a way we transfer our anger in a manner witch is more acceptable.

mayrylflores Yes, much better if you take a nap even for a minute during the day. Your body may exhaust the entire day. It makes your body relax and your brain can store more oxygen to help you go until the rest of your daily activities.

mayrylflores All kinds of abuse are painful. We never want to have that as a human being. We are born to be care and to care others and people have no right to abuse us. This could have a big impact for some victim and it takes time to heal those wounds.

mayrylflores I think breaking dawn 2 is not anymore out in some theater. Better buy a DVD if you like and if you cant watch on theater. Their are new movies now showing and I guess its not anymore showing.
