mtrcyclgrl Thank you for your response! I am so glad you were able to stay home with her. Being a stay at home mom is a very underrated position... but the rewards are well worth it!

mtrcyclgrl I was a daycare kid to a single mom. I always said that if I could I would do all I could to stay home with my children. Luckily I am blessed to be able to do so.

mtrcyclgrl Thanks for your response! It is tough sometimes, only having a baby to talk to! LOL However, I also have a hard time getting everything I need to get done in the course of day. With working online PT and chores and a very demanding baby...Whew!

mtrcyclgrl Thanks for your response! You are right, it is tougher than any regular job! Most of my life and up until I was 8 months pregnant, I worked 60+ hours a week. That was easy compared to now! But I wouldn't trade this for anything!

mtrcyclgrl Thanks for your response. I am fortunate enough to be able to stay at home with my daughter. It has been tough with only one income, but I couldn't imagine it any other way.

Teething Baby!!

My daughter is almost 6 months old and has been teething since she was 2 months old!! What methods do you use to get through this troubling time?

mtrcyclgrl That's a bag full of tricks!! One of the coolest things I have found so far is a vibrating teether! It is a soft plastic star shape and when she bites on it, it vibrates! She loves that. I don't know weather its cause it feels good on her little gums or just...

mtrcyclgrl Technically it was a 1990 Toyota Corolla that was 16 shades of sun-faded blue. But I refused to drive it because it was a stick shift. The car after that was a pristine 1979 Chevy Malibu. I loved that car!!!

should the age limit for attaining a drivers license be reduced?

mtrcyclgrl No, it should not be reduced. If anything it should be raised. I hate to say that but it's true! Teenagers are too easily influenced by their peers and easily distracted from the task at hand. It's more important to look cool and show off than drive...
