n_ich3 For me, that depends on the girl but mostly, they cannot. Unless the girl can't detect the actions of the guy or the girl herself is trying hard enough to court the gay for some reason that other may hardly take it. It's rare but it happens.

n_ich3 For me, I could only say for your dog is to let it wear the collar even if he finds it difficult. But during meal time, I think it's good if you take it temporarily so that your dog can eat comfortably. Then after so, let him wear it until he get used to it....
