rjschultz68 Yes, this is a mystery. I used to find this happening to me especially when I had had a fairly substantial breakfast. Have you try porridge oats? These contain a lot of fibre (but not so much to cause other troubles!)which fills you better than lighter cereals...

rjschultz68 I tend to hang mine back up to re-use. However, my wife is the opposite -she thinks they can only be used once while 'clean'. I see this as wasteful: she see's it as hygienic. It is an ongoing Battle of the Bathroom!
