rkotaker Only tend to have about four cups of tea and coffee in a day. I tend to try and drink two litres of water during the day which help stop the urge to drink beverages.

rkotaker I think like most things in life when you have it now and then it wont hurt. But when you binge on one type of food and miss out of your 5 a day fruits and veg and dont exercise then yes your cholesterol level will rise
