shenlynn7823 teeth grinding or Bruxism is very common to kids. I myself had this condition but not that often anymore..they said it's somewhat hereditary,well not proven but in our case,my dad had this then my older sister,me and younger brother and my 3 yr old daughter...

shenlynn7823 hello there Mobhomeir, In our home,breakfast are usually serve bet 6-7 am but then I usually get up at 9 am,too late for breakfast alone & too early for lunch..so what I usually had is a BRUNCH...and I had snacks in between then the next meal is my dinner.
