shm1975 I think that due to the food you given to fish .The only solve is use pump /filter so that scum didn't arrive.Another i think is the dust in the atmosphere & oilish part of the atmosphere which precipitated in the atmosphere

shm1975 actually bowl has very Few space for a fish to move, So he can't move freely.Also the temp increases inside which create problem.oxygen deficiency is another problem for jumping
