Some Witch @manasamanu You can do 8-10 reps with light dumb bells and repeat 3 times, that's the standard. You also have to take breaks in between sets. It can be time-consuming but it's easy if done right. Maybe you can even skip triceps if you already do push-ups.

Some Witch @DaddyEvil What exercises? I've been doing hammer and preacher curls for the biceps, tricep extensions and that's all I guess. I wonder if I can do more without losing balance. Delts don't count as arms I guess.
