Some Witch My phone battery is pretty bad so I try to use it as little as possible when I'm out so I almost forget I'm carrying it around. However, it is much needed for apps such as maps, then I'd feel lost. I'm not used to ask for directions.

Some Witch I don't know if it's worth trying potassium salt. Spices can replace salt to some extent but again, some might still affect BP negatively. I can't really help with that, I almost got the opposite problem.
