sweeta5 I don't know your circumstances but if you are pregnant it is not unusal for you to loose hair. My daughter suffers from it every time she is pregnant. She has thick but fine hair and it comes out by the combful until after the baby is born.

sweeta5 I go to the gym regularly and I find that the best time is in the morning when my body is fresh and able to tolerate pain. I find by the afternoon my whole body is ready to shut down. So no I would not agree with that statement.
