theDeranged Try putting it into the bath without any water. Once it calms down, give it lots of praise and treats, then let it leave. Make the bath not such a scary thing. Do this every day. Once the dog is calm in the bath, start adding a little bit of water, again...

theDeranged Have you tried asking your vet? Personally, I've never heard of a dog puking worms, only crapping them out. You need to get your pup de-wormed. And you need a vet for that.
