tsn2458 You can try a short walk before bedtime;tea of thime, semi warm shower before bedtime, or a few drops of lavender oil on a side of your pillow. I mean on a cotton ball or a piece of cloth. Very good is a tea of valerian roots as well. I hope I was helpful.
