xiaoyaozzl I keep about 8 hours sleep almost each nigh. But, I still feel not enough.Every morning,I need struggle to get up,struggle at least ten minutes after the alarm clock rang. I always feel tied after a day work of 8 hours. Maybe just because I lack of sports.
