zfbingo1 Thanks for your responses! I am very critical of myself I expect more of myself, it's ok for other people to be out of shape but for myself I don't like it, even when I was pregnant I couldn't stand the weight!

zfbingo1 Tell her your feelings and if she still wants to be with someone else let her go and just be her friend. Find someone else that will help you get over her and get on with your life. The best way to forget someone is to find someone else! Good Luck!
