000602518518 i have the same problem, i often do like this: stand straight, move hands backwards till hold together, at the same time extend your arms as far as you can. repeat that movement. you will feel better, try that, hope it can help

000602518518 you should have an email just for strangers, which you can check once in a week. besides, if you donot want to give them your email, you can ask them to give theirs to you, saying that you cannot remember your address. hope it can help
