BART78 i'm also movie lover but spending to much in theater is silly, here in calgary we have one theater here that offers half price of the ticket every tuesday and this theater had lots of aminities to dip in after watching movies...

I myself usually don't recycle, maybe I'm too stubborn to do recycling. but sometimes I recycle old notebooks to turn it to scratch papers, maybe that's a achievement in helping mother Earth.:)

BART78 here in Canada, most of the cities and municipalities have their own anti-littering laws which is stricly imposed, part of the anti-lettering laws is recyclying so most of houses here do recycling even small piece of paper or plastic, just separate this...

BART78 well, logically food doesn't make you fat, only when abusing and having it in large amount will get you gain weight, start by eating small amount of food you like and make sure you have balance of protein, carbs and healthy fats in every meal or...

I have been eating like a horse. But I thought maybe my increased activities would help balance it all out. SO now -- here's my plan. 1- increase activity a little more (carefully of course, I am old!) 2- change my eating! 3- stop...

BART78 start with eating those stuff with little amount but make sure in every meal you have balance of carbs, protein and EFA, then gradually change it with healthier snack like nuts....or any unprocess process snack, hope this help...have a good one!

BART78 i do lift 3 times a week and 2 times for cardio/jog and swim for 30-45 min....the best thing to stay in shape is watch you eat, food don't really make you fat only abusing them or taking a large servings of the basic macro-nutrients a day makes us...

BART78 well, you didn't specify if your using a wire or wireless connection...anyway, you can improve your internet connection by doing some basic maintenance on your PC, in case you didn't know, run disk defrag, scan disk, virus/malware scan, clear your recycle bin....

BART78 i don't have particular brand i like, i love all fruit flavored yogurt, i prefer yogurt with less or reduce fat, a cup of yogurt between meal or before going to bed is very beneficial for the gut..
