I gave birth to my Daughter seven months ago .During my pregnancy I gained 42 Pounds.I have yet to lose any of it.Does any body have any specific work out regimen or diets they used to lose the weight gained while pregnant?

BizarreTees I've heard that peanut butter works... I think it somehow breaks down the gum. You can also hold it between some ice for a while to harden it, and it should break apart then.

BizarreTees I am reading Cell by Stephen King. So far so good, very "night of the living dead"-ish.. but he dedicates it to George Romero, so no surprise there. I would recommend it, one of his better books so far and I am only 1/2 way into it.

BizarreTees None for me, sorry! I actually had a great pregnancy, only gained 27lbs which was all lost within 2months... no sickness... I'm waiting for the next kid to be totally opposite and almost kill me. LOL
