Geminigirl I guess the main thing is to set aside a certain amount of time and really commit yourself to doing your best and answering everything you can. At least this way, if you don't make it for Oct, you know for sure you'll get the $10 for November. Good luck!

Geminigirl I like to "eat" soup with a spoon, even if it is all broth. I guess I feel this way because it is what my parents taught me to do. However, it would work just as well to pour it in a cup and drink it. Probably easier, too!

Geminigirl I have that problem too. I love for it to be totally quiet when I am sleeping. If something like this comes up, I try to not get frustrated. I try to think pleasant thouhgths and focus on my breathing and hope to be able to drift off to sleep.

Geminigirl I do not know if get 8 measured glasses, but it has to be somewhere close. I also have water on hand and my desk and usually beside my bed at night. I feel better when I drink lots of water, but I get annoyed at having to go to the bathroom so much! LOL!

Geminigirl The only thing I can really think of is a juice fast. That or a water fast. It is pretty extreme, but that is really the only thing you could do to cut back calories really quickly. Good luck!
