Kate We eat dinner very early here, so by the time breakfast rolls around, I'm usually very hungry. That's probably the most important meal to me health-wise.... but I have to say that I enjoy dinner much more!

Kate I've never really been a "count to 10" type of person... too much steam can build up in those ten seconds. :-) Seriously, though, I either deal with things immediately or leave the situation until I *can* deal with it rationally.... no counting needed,
