KittenKitten Oh, keep completely no secret is diffcult for me. Secret doesn't mean cheating or betray. That just something i wonnt share with my boyfriend. If my friend hope i can keep a secret for her/him.That i will not told my parter.I think i needn't to say.

KittenKitten Hi , congratulations!Somking is not healthy fo people.when u want a cig more,maybe try eat something else instead it,like a cup of coffee,chocolate bars or some snacks.If that cannt stop ur forget cig, do some sport at that moment.

KittenKitten Yeah! I feel sleeppy after meals, because the blood go to stomach from brain.So if i had the important work after meal, i will drink a cup of coffee or not eat too much. That help me not sleeppy after meals.
