Hi all, my son just turned 4 , but he does not look like one. He is a fussy eater, very choosy about eating and always tries to avoid food. What should i give him so that he gets all the nutrienst and any tips to make him eat.

Krisss Chocolate alone will not give you diabetes. You need to eat a balanced diet and exercise daily.

Krisss Sunday is a day of worship for our family. We go to church in the morning and then eat lunch together in the afternoon. Sunday night dinner we often entertain church visitors.

Krisss I do not know how the ratings worked, I just try and post often, keep the posts interesting and hopefully it all works out in the end. I do try and give out my best response thingy in the perhaps vain hope that helps.

Krisss You are not a failure, look at it this way you succeeded in giving up for 11 days! That is better than not even trying. Can I suggest something? Give up smoking inside. If you have to go outside in the freezing cold late at night make that your new routine....
