24 Pounds In 6 Weeks! Yay Me!

Yay Me! I weighed this morning and I've now lost 24 pounds in 6 weeks. So, on average that's about 4 pounds a week. I've been watching my calorie intake and exercising and it is totally paying off. I'm so excited about losing this...

Lafemcrafts believe it or not when I do eat it I just llike it plain... once in a blue moon I do use coolwhip... but I hardly eat ice cream unless its diet .. But your sound yummy !!!! I hope you both are enjoying it Hugs me

Lafemcrafts I personally don't think of myself on a diet , I think of myself eating healthy and making wise choices. No pills , no soup diet.. no weight watchers etc... I eat what ever I want as long as its in my calorie range ( 2,000 per day ) I have so far lost 33 lbs...
