Maria It's definitely not easy. You have to have discipline and strength to do something over and over again, especially when you're not used to them or if it's not something that has had the chance to develop into a habit.

Maria Oh, the exact thing happened at a Mexican restaurant that I had been a regular at. I LOVE guacamole, and am a stickler when it comes to the spice and the consistency. When the change happened, it just threw off the whole meal.
