MoonMaa I was doing a vegan diet for health reasons. Even doing all raw fruits and vegetables at one time. I don't think eating meat is bad. However, I do think you should eat it in moderation.

MoonMaa I can't believe the body shop is shutting down. I had ordered from them some years ago. Joann's sewing store is also shutting down for the same reason, bankruptcy. A lot of stores didn't recover after covid.
