Any advice on firming up my core/abs?

My son was born via c-section. Since his birth, I've had tremendous trouble doing much to lose the weight in the abdominal area. Anyone have any suggestions to help firm up my abs and/or strengthen my core?

SissyRose I know how you feel. I have had 3 c-sections. After my first one I didn't lose alot of weight but with my 2nd. I only gained 13lbs and the baby was 9lbs, and for some reason after her I dropped weight super quick. I lost like 25lbs in one month. I felt great....

SissyRose Try a salt water cleanse in the morning. It's kind of painful.. like your stomache cramps and it taste nasty but it helps you get stuff out. Plus if you are feeling weak you may try taking some vitamins once or twice a day.
