SueandCalls33 Personally, I dont think this would be worth it, as you point out - bread is not an expensive food item. If you are budgeting, probably better to look at items which you could get for less, e.g. only buying ready meals that are on offer.

SueandCalls33 My preference is granary bread with seeds in it. For those in the UK, Warbutons seeded batch is a favourite. I also love walnut bread and ciabatta bread with olivesin it.

SueandCalls33 How about stirfry packs - quick, easy and low-fat, also a sauce can make them more interesting. Also, you could try using veg to bulk up meals, i.e. add a tin of chickpeas or lentils to pasta sauce, mushrooms and peppers to bolognese or chilli etc.

SueandCalls33 Not a huge fan of either, but I think it is fair to say that I hate the cold more - that feeling when it is so cold than you cannot feel your hands and feed properly and your ears hurt is truly miserable.

SueandCalls33 I have no routine myself, although I would never go to bed without cleaning my teeth, but I find that routine works a treat for my nine month old son, bathing him really helps.

SueandCalls33 I think I am an owl, rather than a lark. Always need caffeine to come round in the morning. That said, I am quite partial to going to bed earlier when I need to - getting up late is no option as I have a small baby.

SueandCalls33 I think there could be some truth in this, as if something is hidden, it becomes something taboo that can be rebelled against. Also, think it is fair to say that lack of information is a dangerous thing.
