beeeckie I gave up trying to convert people to veggie-ism ages ago. It works for me, it doesn't work for others, or my dogs or cats. I make my own dogs' treats so I know what's in them, but I get upset seeing the body parts going in the food processor... :(

beeeckie I hate to jump immediately on the pill option, but...possibly pills under medical supervision? The benefits of stuff like Ambien can outweigh the risks, sometimes. I have never taken it myself, so I have no real clue apart from asking your doctor.
