Beth I believe it is bad for your body not to eat breakfast. Your body needs the nutrients to function properly. Even if you can eat a piece of toast with jam or maybe a piece of fruit. Bananas are good on the go.

Beth It doesn't bother me if I tell them or not. Honestly, the subject hasn't come up because I don't think about it when I'm offline. But, if the subject came up about making money from social sites like myLot, I would tell them.

Do you have experience of any writing site that was shut down? I was on Helium, Squidoo and Bubblews. Helium was shut down in 2014, Squidoo was bought by Hubpages in 2014 and Bubblews shut down in 2015.
