brina27 I just came home from living in mexico for the last 16 months. We are staying with my parnets atm. There are 7 of us. My Mom and dad,my son's 8&1 my daughter's 3&4.

brina27 You are not a bad mom,your last preganacy and this one is super close together and that takes a major toll on your body.I should know I have had 6 children in the last 8 years. Just do what you have to do and let the rest go for a few days the most important...

In India typhoid, pneumococcal vaccinations are considered to be optional. If you want you can give. But in uae these vaccinations are there in the chart and recommended to be given. I was living in India and just came to uae....
