Marie Coyle @chrissbergstrom You need to be kind to yourself, don't forget. You can't give any caring to anyone if you collapse or just cannot go on anymore. Even just a few hours once a week could make things a lot better for you.

Ruby Hawk @chrissbergstrom I'm so sorry. My friend says he never hears voices anymore. It did take awhile to get him on the right medication and his doctor told him to never go off the medication that it might not work the next time.
