CzarinaM19 Why not try to eat healthy dishes when you're stress eating? There must be a lot of salad dishes you like. I also eat when I'm stressed. But you could try eating, veggies and fruits more instead of carbs. Beef or Pork steak with greens, or chicken with greens....
