I've never been one to go to the Gym or exercise period.
Don't get me wrong I tried some routine exercise for a couple of weeks but it just isn't for me.
I work 8 hours a day and 90 percent of my job is walking, on my days off...

I am an over-achiever when it comes to making to do lists. I made one for yesterday and it was almost a page long - but I managed to get a little under half of it done, which is a disappointing feeling! I realized I love making...

ErinCW Is it possible to put together a request for staff with proof that you need to hire? If so, I would do so to allievate some of your workload.
It sounds as if you are in a job that you can excel at and that you have climbed the ladder so to speak. Meaning it...

ErinCW We had a few different wedding songs at our wedding. One we used for my walk down the isle. Most people use the wedding march I think, but we wanted to do something different so we used a classical piano song that was really romantic. Then we had a more modern...

The human body can only bear so much pain (47 units - not sure how they are measured). Yet when a woman gives birth she must experience a further 10% on top of that. The equivalent of breaking 20 bones at the same time. I am truly...

ErinCW Wow, that's impressive. I just had my first child 1 year ago today and did it 100% naturally, no meds. I knew it hurt more than anything I had ever experienced, but it was a different kind of pain. A pain that seemed doable. A pain that wasn't going to stop me...
