I am of voter's age. I exercised my right to vote once. But considering the way politics is going on in our country today, I did not ever vote again.

Itallie The problem with politics in our country is that people don't exercise their right to vote. If you don't like any of the candidates then write your own name on the ballot. But you have to show your government that you don't approve of the candidates or else...

I put salt on everything, I know its bad for your health, but i can't help it. Any others just as bad as me?? Any suggestions on what to use to maybe substitute salt??

Itallie Salt's not bad for you if you're young and your liver is in good working order. Your liver is what flushes the salt from your blood, and when you're young it works to full capacity so you can eat as much salt as you like. As you get older it doesn't work as...
