In Harry Potter why didn't they just show his memories in the pensive?

They showed Dumbledore's memories why couldn't they do the same to show that Harry was not lying about Voldemort being back?

The new co host for the View is Whoopie Goldberg. I think they made a good choice with chosing her. Do you agree with their decision for the new host? Or would you have liked to have see them pick someone else.

Weird question I know. I just don't like it. I like the fact that they are new and that is about it. The new towels in my opinion just don't dry as well as a broken in one. Then you get all the fuzzes from them stuck to your body....
