miryanag I do one thing. I am not sure if it will work for you but it works almost everytime for me. I copy and paste some of the content in google. If the article is copied and pasted from another site you ll find it in google.

miryanag I have the same problem with bubblews. When it's doen I either spend my time here or use it to go outside and spend some thime away from the pc. I think the second opption is better but mylot is my adiction so I log on at least onece a day.
