Ptrikha_2 I would also lime to eat Chapatis made with Bajra Flour. However, one rarely gets to eat them. True that one now also gets Bajra Flour in the Market but all family members need to have willingness to try out a different taste as compared to Wheat Flour.

Ptrikha_2 Yes, Dentists suggest that one ought to change the Toothbrush every 3 to 4 months. However I think my frequency is 6 to 7 months. I am trying to do it more frequently but well it takes time to change habits!

Ptrikha_2 The days are still not cold enough. One has to take off Sweater or Jacket if one is wearing. Night temperatures are 8 to 12 C. so there is a 14 to 16 Degree C difference in the maximum and minimum temperatures.

Ptrikha_2 Oh it is not a good condition. Alternate medicines can help but not sure if they are available around you. You can try light food like Boiled Bottle Gourd, Plain rice with boiled gravy. Are you able to consume Banana regularly?
