sanchita90 Noyhing special I just follow some easy rules. I avoid to eat junk food . I drink 1- 2 liter water in a day . I done some free hand excercise at least 30 minutes. I eat seasonal fruits and vegetables.And take fruit juice everyday.And keep myself happy.
