Long time no see. It is oficcially one year since i last set foot in these hallowed discussions. Not much seems to have changed but if someone could give me a brief overview of what i've missed i'd be most grateful.

Did anyone see the Henman - Moya match this evening? what a tennis match: fantastic quality, superb volleys, both players giving it all, the fans as loud as ever and a five set thriller all on the opening day, its just a shame...

Today was the semi-finals of the european U21 championships. The first match of the two was between England and Holland. The Match finished 1-1 and went into a penalty shoot-out, and one of the most epic shootouts i've ever seen....
