yogambal_64 Hi atleya, No I do not take supplementary vitamin at all. I am comfortable as I am and only when the doctor prescribes a supplement along with some other tablets I take and that too when I am really unwell and visit a doctor.

yogambal_64 Yes jugs, I do a lot of craft work when I am stressed as well as during my free time. I do a lot of hand embroidery and I love doing it. Well I am not sure if it relieves stress but I really enjoy doing it.

yogambal_64 I wash the vegetables before slicing them as otherwise some of the nutrients present will be lost, if it is washed after slicing.
