ZingyPrince 15 mins. Thats enough to plan the day. Or exercise...Do some squats and crunches. Call a friend. Declutter and organize your room. Read something. Play a game. Power nap. Eat something. Do something you love. 15 mins will get you refreshed.

ZingyPrince I do weight training and cardio at home. A serious 1 to 2 hours a session. Atleast 3x a week. Music helps a lot.
