CeresAnyah I still watch lots of tv programs. haha I still patronize the tv, especially cable tv, because i can browse channels and see movies, funny programs without the hassles of downloading! I cant really replace the tv despite me being hooked to internet computers....

CeresAnyah You can do it ^_^. Think that you can and you will be able to do it. Discipline and perseverance and a love for one's health will let you achieve it. I have seen and interacted with lots of smokers that eventually survived without it.
