Personally i take them regularly when i am sick having fever and pain. In the past i only take paracetamol for fever and pain , as my age increases i dosage increase upto 650mg per pill which i take 2 around 4 times per day....

EvrWonder Interesting people. I never heard of the acidity thing and wasn't anything my doctor talked about. I never experienced any such problems myself. Hard on kidneys? Yes, it can be. Only take if necessary. I agree that 650 mgs 4 times a day is way too much but...
