For myself, I'd say being spiritually grounded and having people in my life who give me productive feedback. Also, this platform has helped me express some of my inner thoughts so I guess this platform is included in my reasons.

Melanie Marie I live by the words my Daddy taught me: -An analytical mind is pointless. Thinking is a waste of time. Guilt is laughable, it should not exist. Move slowly, sleep deeply, live effortlessly. I love that man.
