Yumeko @Margajoe you always need to set boundaries and it's good to be direct whenever possible. i don't mean be rude or anything, but say what you mean and don't be too hard on yourself it nothing changes, it's not up to you...

Yumeko i ended up feeling sleepy again around 7am, so i just went to bed again and slept until 10am aka normal time to wake up on saturdays

Yumeko my problem is that i didn't feel sleepy at all. i felt ready to start my day...at 3am there are the times when i wake up but i'm still sleepy, i usually drink some water and i go back within 15 minutes.
